These terms govern every purchase from Verity Research Labs LLC (“we”, “us”) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory, academic, and institutional research and identification purposes. They are not intended for human dosing, injection, or ingestion, and are not for human or animal consumption. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, that you are purchasing for research purposes only, that you have the training and facilities to handle the products safely, and that you will not use, resell, or supply any product for human or animal consumption. We may cancel any order where we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.

2. No guidance

Product information on this site is technical and descriptive. We do not provide, and nothing on this site constitutes, dosing, usage, medical, or protocol advice.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We accept payment by card through our secure hosted checkout. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we send confirmation; we may decline or cancel an order before shipment, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

5. Compliance with law

You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing, and using the products is lawful where you are. We do not ship to jurisdictions where a product may not lawfully be sold.

6. Limitation of liability

Products are supplied as described in their specifications and certificate of analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to these terms.
