Destinations

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to any state or jurisdiction where a product may not lawfully be sold, and may cancel and refund any order addressed to one.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within [1–2] business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery

Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before payment and are included in the order total — never charged as a separate transaction. Tracking details are emailed when the order ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Packaging

Vials are shipped sealed, in protective packaging. Lyophilized peptides are stable in transit at ambient temperature and should be moved to cold storage on receipt.
