Returns

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within [30] days of delivery. Because sterility and integrity cannot be verified once a seal is broken, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, or immediately for damaged or incorrect items. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the card issuer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship.
